Account information you provide (full name, email address, country, optional state or region, preferred learning language), your acceptance of these terms, course enrollments, lesson completion records, and records of administrative actions for security purposes.
Why we use it
To create and secure your account, deliver courses, record your learning progress, communicate with you about your studies, and protect the platform against misuse.
Who can see it
You can see your own data. Organisation administrators can see the data of learners in their organisation. Instructors can see learners enrolled in courses they teach. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as necessary to meet the purposes above or legal obligations.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including Nigeria's Data Protection Act 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. You can edit your profile at any time from your account.
Security
Access to data is restricted by role and organisation at the database level, connections are encrypted, and important administrative actions are logged.
